The Brief

Villa Nai 3.3 is unlike any other hotel in the Adriatic. Hidden within the olive groves of Dugi Otok and built into the landscape itself, it already possessed remarkable architecture, exceptional hospitality and Croatia’s only three Michelin Key hotel experience. What it lacked wasn’t beautiful imagery, it was a distinctive narrative capable of setting it apart in an increasingly crowded luxury travel market.

Working alongside the Villa Nai team, NorthSouth developed a creative strategy built around a single idea: Stories. Rather than producing another collection of hotel marketing assets, we created a campaign that captured the emotion, rhythm and pace of life unique to Villa Nai.

Across four days on location, we produced a hero brand film, two cinematic campaign stories, multiple supporting social and trade assets, and lifestyle photography. Every film, photograph and edit was designed from the same creative foundation, giving Villa Nai a cohesive visual language that could live across social media, trade presentations, in-room experiences and future campaigns.

The result is a campaign that doesn’t simply showcase a destination, it gives Villa Nai a story the world wants to experience.
